You will need: 1 pouch Maggi Hunter's Schnitzel Seasoning Mix, 3 boneless pork cutlets, 7 oz of fresh mushrooms (cleaned and sliced), 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 cup heavy cream. Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees F or at 350 degrees F for convection oven. Put the oil into frying pan. Saute mushrooms until heated through. Add heavy cream. Mix in contents of Maggi pouch and bring to a boil. Wash and pat cutlets dry. Place side by side in a roasting pan. Pour sauce over the cutlets and bake approximately 30 minutes. Suggestions: Turkey or veal cutlets can be used in place of pork but be sure the cutlets are about as thick as pork cutlets. 1 - 7 oz jar or can of well drained mushrooms can be used in place of fresh mushrooms.
