Keep frozen. Cooking directions: Remove pouch from box, but do not puncture. Pouch will expand naturally, and may pop open, as your food steams its way to perfection. Microwave: (preferred method): 1. Place pouch seam side up on microwave-safe plate. 2. Cook on high for 7 - 9 minutes. Note: for microwaves without a turntable, rotate pouch 180 degrees half way through the cooking time. (Based on an 1100-watt oven. Adjust cooking time if necessary). Oven: (do not use toaster oven): 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and place pouch seam side up on a baking sheet. 2. Bake in center of oven for 35 - 38 minutes. 3. Let pouch rest for 60 seconds to lock in flavors. 4. Transfer unopened pouch to serving plate and cut along the top edge of the pouch. Be careful, as the escaping steam is extremely hot. 5. Hold pouch by the corners and gently shimmy entree onto plate. Be careful not to tip pouch too much or contents will mix. Food must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F before eating.
