Wheat Flour, Corn Flour, Salt Dehydrated Garlic and Onion, Spices, Monosodium Glutamate, Paprika, Lemon Juice Powder (Corn Syrup Solids, Lemon Juice, Lemon Oil), Corn Starch, and Silicone Dioxide added to Prevent Caking.
Directions: Heat oil in deep fryer to 340 degrees. Mix 1/4 cup of Lefty's fish n' chicken mix with 1 cup of water. Whisk until a smooth texture is formed. Set aside. Pour as much Lefty's Fish n' chicken mix in a large bowl as needed. Dip each piece of fish or poultry into the wet batter and then completely coat each dipped piece into the dry mixture. Place in heated oil and fry until golden brown. Do not pour any of the mix back into the bag once it has been introduced to the fish or poultry. Once the product has been used. Do not save any remaining product for future use. Suggestions: For a thicker crust, modify the wet batter to 1/2 cup of Lefty's fish n' chicken mix instead of 1/4 cup. For a more quality product, sift the dry mixture when it starts to "cake-up".
