Organic Skim Milk, Cooked Organic Cavatappi (Organic Semolina Wheat Flour, Water), Reduced Fat Vermont Cheddar Cheese (Pasteurized Low Fat Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes, Vitamin A Palmitate), Sharp Vermont Cheddar Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Rice Starch, Sea Salt, Organic Butter (Organic Cream, Salt), Mustard Flour.

Directions

For food safety & quality, follow these Cooking Instructions.Microwave Oven Only (1100 Watts)Directions developed using 1100 watt microwave oven. Ovens vary; cooking time may need adjusting.Prep--leave film on product. Do not vent.Cook 2-1/2 minutes on high.Stir and re-cover.Cook again 1-1/2 minutes on high. Let stand 1 minute. Enjoy!
