All You Need:• 2/3 cup water• 1- to 2-1/2 lbs. round steakMakes 2/3 Cup Marinade1. In Small bowl, combine Spices & Seasonings and water.2. In non aluminum baking dish or resealable plastic bag, arrange steak. Pour marinade over steak; turn to coat. Cover, or close bag, and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, about 15 minutes.3. Remove steak from marinade, discarding marinade. Cook steak to desired doneness.
