Unbleached Flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour), Water, Sour Culture, Roasted Garlic, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, contains less than 2% of each of the following: Salt, Chopped Garlic, Semolina, Wheat Germ, Yeast, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid, Ferrous Sulfate. No preservatives.


Our breads taste best on the day of purchase, although they will keep longer. Keep the bread at room temperature in its original bag. Do not refrigerate. For later use, freeze the bread in a plastic bag. To use, remove from bag, thaw it and heat in a 425 degrees F oven for 3-5 minutes. Let cool before enjoying.
