Yield 5 to 8 muffins depending on size. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F, grease muffin pans, or use paper baking cups. Blend ingredients. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Fill muffin cups 1/2 full. Bake 13 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
