To open: lift handle straight up, then pull back. Remove cover by bending back and forth. Leftover ham may be stored, wrapped and refrigerated, in plastic can for up to 7 days. To serve cold: this ham is fully cooked and may be served cold, right from the can. To bake: remove ham from can and place in baking pan. Add 1/2 cup of water to pan. Cover pan securely with foil. Bake at 325 f 1 hour or until meat thermometer inserted at center reads 135 F.
