New Mexico chicken tacos: 1 onion, halved, thinly sliced. 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced. 1 pouch frontera taco skillet sauce. 1. Cook onion in 1 tablespoon oil in large nonstick skillet until golden. Remove to a plate. Add chicken to skillet; cook and stir until browned, 2 or 3 minutes. (Do not crowd chicken in skillet; cook in batches if necessary.) 2. Stir onion and sauce into skillet; heat through. 3. Serve in warm tortillas with cilantro and shredded cheese.
