Cooking Instructions: 1. Shake bottle well to loosen mix. 2. Remove lid and add 140 ml of water. 3. Replace lid securely. Turn upside down and tap sharply on bench to loosen mix. 4. Shake vigorously for 1-2 minutes. 5. Let batter stand for 1-2 minutes. 6. Pour batter into a hot, lightly greased frying pan to desired size, cook over a medium to high heat for 1-2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Makes approximately 4 (10 cm) pancakes. For a thinner pancake add more water. For a thicker pancake add less water.
