You will Need: 1/3 Cup Milk, 1/3 Cup Water and 1 EggPreheat oven to 400degF for corn bread, 425degF for muffins. Prepare baking pan by lightly greasing or spraying with non-stick cooking spray.1. Place milk, water and egg in medium bowl and mix.2. Blend corn bread mix in bowl using fork until moistened. Do not overmix.3. Pour batter into pan or scoop into paper lined muffin cups.4.
