Heating InstructionsMicrowave*:1. Place frozen vegetables in microwave add 1 1/2 –quart casserole dish.2. Add 2 tablespoons water and cover.3. Heat on high for 3-5 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time.4. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Stove Top*:1. Bring 1/4 cup water to a boil in 3-quart saucepan.2. Place frozen vegetables in boiling water. Cover and boil 3-5 minutes.3. Drain and serve. Keep frozen. Once thawed, do not refreeze. *For food safety and quality, cook to an internal temperature of 1650F. Cooking times may vary depending on cooking method and equipment.
