Cream Cheese Flavored Topping Mix (Dextrose, Water, Sugar, Cream Cheese Powder [{Pasteurized Cream, Cheese Culture, Salt, Carob Gum and Guar Gum}, Disodium Phosphate], Modified Corn Starch, Butter [Cream, Salt], Color [Titanium Dioxide], Gellan Gum [Sodium Citrate, Sugar, Gellan Gum], Lactic Acid, Salt, Natural and Artificial Flavor, DATEM, Potassium Sorbate and Sodium Benzoate as Preservatives, Xanthan Gum, Citric Acid).

Directions

Baking Instructions: You Will Need: For Fudgy Brownies: 1 large egg, 1/3 cup water, 1/3 cup vegetable oil; For Cake-Like Brownies: 2 large eggs, 2 Tbsp. water, 1/3 cup vegetable oil. Prep: Preheat oven to 350F for metal and glass pans. 325F for dark or coated pans. Grease sides and bottom of pan with shortening or oil spray. Mix: Empty brownie mix, egg(s), oil, water in a large bowl. Stir until well blended (about 50 strokes). Spread into a greased pan. Bake: For an 8" x 8" pan bake 35-38 min; For a 9" x 9" pan bake 30-33 min. Add 3-5 minutes for dark or coated pans. Brownies are done when toothpick inserted 1 inch from the edge of pan comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on wire rack before cutting and serving. Drizzle: Cut a small opening at an angle on the corner of the cream cheese pouch with scissors. Drizzle the cream cheese in thin lines over the brownies. Low Fat Recipe: Prepare and bake brownie following directions except using 1 egg, 1 tablespoon water and 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce. Reduce baking time 1-2 minutes. High Altitude: (Over 3,500 ft.) preheat oven to 350F. Stir 1/4 cup flour into brownie mix and prepare according to directions.
