Whole Grain Hulled Millet.
Keeps best refrigerated or frozen. Basic cooking instructions: Bring 2 cups water or stock to a boil in pot. Add 1 cup millet; cover, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until all water is absorbed, about 20 minutes. Makes 4 servings (about 2 1/2 cups).
