Shakes & Smoothies: For a quick and easy protein shake, add 1/4 cup hemp protein powder to a glass of juice or milk. Stir and enjoy. To make a delicious smoothie, blend 1/4 cup hemp protein powder, 1 cup fruit, 1/2 cup milk or water, sweetener if desired, and a handful of ice (about 1/2 cup). Makes about 2 cups. Mix it up! These are a few of our favorite shakes and smoothies. Just combine all the ingredients in a blender. Fruit can be fresh or frozen. Oatmeal Cookie: Hemp protein powder, rolled oats, medjool dates, cinnamon, vanilla almond milk, ice. Green Goodness: Hemp protein powder, spinach, raspberries, mango, maple syrup, water. Omega Shake: Hemp protein powder, hemp milk, flaxseed meal, chia seed, banana, honey, ice. Berry Peachy: Hemp protein powder, peaches, blueberries, yogurt, oat bran, maple syrup, milk.
