(2) Cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. (3) Check that food is cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Careful, It’s Hot! Serve and enjoy! Zucchini Noodles with Lemon Garlic Shrimp (1) Microwave Zucchini Noodles according to package directions. (2) Saute 6 oz. shrimp in olive oil with 1 clove of minced garlic.
