Directions
For Food Safety and Quality: Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Microwave directions developed with 1100-watt microwave ovens. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Food must be cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Microwave Oven: Cook only one bag at a time. (1) Remove bag from carton. Place frozen, unopened bag this side up, laying flat in microwave. Do not piece bag. For microwaves with a metal rack, remove rack. (2) Microwave on high 5 to 5-1/2 minutes. During cooking, the bag will slowly inflate. A special vent in the bag will allow the steam to escape and a whistling sound may be heart. (3) Let stand 1 minute. Carefully handle bag at corners marked with the ovals and remove from microwave with two hands. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Hold bag over serving dish. Tear bag at notch. Pour, stir to blend, and let stand before serving. Stove Top: Cook only on bag at a time. (1) Heat large non-stick skillet over medium heat until hot, about 2 minutes. Add zucchini to skillet. (2) Cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. (3) Check that food is cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Careful, It’s Hot! Serve and enjoy! Zucchini Noodles with Lemon Garlic Shrimp (1) Microwave Zucchini Noodles according to package directions. (2) Saute 6 oz. shrimp in olive oil with 1 clove of minced garlic. (3) Toss shrimp with cooked noodles, lemon zest and lemon juice. Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Cook thoroughly. See cooking instructions.
