For Bar Batter: 3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil + 1 Tablespoon Water + 1 Egg.Heat oven to 350degF for shiny metal or glass pan or 325degF for dark or nonstick pan.Stir Crust Mix and melted butter in small bowl, using fork, until well moistened. Press mixture firmly and evenly in ungreased pan.Stir Bar Mix, oil, water and egg in medium bowl until well blended. Spread evenly over crust.Bake as directed below or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean; cool. To cut warm bars easily, use plastic knife and short sawing motions. Store tightly covered.For an 8" x 8" pan, bake for 23–26 minutes. For a 9" x 9" pan, bake for 19–22 minutes.
