Directions

If Using Chicken:You Will Need: 1 lb. Uncooked Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, 1 Tbsp. Butter, 1 Cup Milk, 21/4 Cups Hot Water.For Topping: 1/3 Cup Milk.1. CookCut chicken into 1/2-inch pieces. Melt butter in 10- or 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 3 minutes, stirring often.2. StirStir in Sauce Mix and hot water until dissolved. Stir in 1 cup milk and Rice. Return to heat; heat to boiling.3. SimmerReduce heat. Cover; simmer about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until rice is tender. Meanwhile, stir  1/3  cup milk and Topping Mix in bowl.4. AddRemove from heat. Sprinkle with Corn Chips. Add topping. Refrigerate leftovers. If Using Beef:You Will Need: 1 lb. Lean Ground Beef, 1 Cup Milk, 21/2 Cups Hot Water.For Topping: 1/3 Cup Milk.1.
