You Will Need:1 lb. Lean Ground Beef, 3/4 Cup Hot Water, 2 Cups Milk.1. BrownBrown beef in 10-inch skillet; drain.2. StirStir in hot water, milk, Sauce Mix and Pasta. Heat to boiling.3.
