Cooking Directions:1. Bring 4-6 quarts of water to a boil. Add salt to taste.2. Add pasta to boiling water.3. For authentic "al dente" pasta, boil for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. For more tender pasta, boil an additional minute.4. Drain well and serve immediately with your favorite Barilla sauce. 1. Pre-heat oven to 425deg F.2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.3. Toss tomatoes in 2 tablespoons olive oil; season with salt and pepper.4. Place tomatoes on a sheet tray and roast in the oven until blistered and browned.5. Meanwhile, in a skillet, caramelize onions in 2 tablespoons olive oil, season with salt and pepper; cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes.6. Add roasted tomatoes to the skillet.7. Cook pasta according to package directions; reserving 1 cup cooking water.8. Drain pasta and toss with sauce and cooking water; stir to combine.9. Remove from heat. Add parsley, cheese and pine nuts then toss.
