Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking: 1. Remove chorizo from casing and break up into frying pan. 2. Cook on medium heat until chorizo reaches a minimum temperature of 170 degrees F (this could take a minimum of 8 minutes). 3. After chorizo is thoroughly cooked, add two eggs to each chorizo link. Stir eggs and chorizo together. When eggs are fully cooked, serve.
