Long Grain Rice, Thiamin (Thiamin Mononitrate), Iron (Ferric Orthophosphate), Niacin, Folic Acid (Folate).
1. Measure 2 cups water, I cup comet rice and (if desired), 1 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon butter or margarine into a large saucepan. Bring to a vigorous boil. 2. Turn heat down very low, cover with a tight fitting lid, simmer without lifting lid for 15 minutes. 3. Remove from heat and let stand covered for about 5 mintues. Fluff with fork and serve. To retain vitamins, do not rinse before or drain after cooking.
