Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Bake frozen breasts 75 to 85 minutes or until internal temperature on instant read thermometer teaches 170 degrees F. (baked thawed breasts 45 to 50 minutes). Grill: 1. Preheat grill to medium heat. 2. Grill frozen breasts, turning occasionally, until internal temperature on instant read thermometer reaches 170 degrees F. Appliances vary. Cooking times approximate. Adjust accordingly to ensure internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F.
