Keep frozen. How Should I Cook'em? Stove Top: Place desired amount of frozen peas and carrots in 1/4 to 1/2 cup boiling, salted (optional) water. Return water to a boil, stirring gently. Cover, reduce heat, simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until tender. Drain it necessary. Season to taste and serve. Microwave Half-Bag: Place in 1 quart casserole dish. Add 1 tbsp. water, cover, and cook on high for 6-8 minutes, stirring once during cooking. Drain, season to taste, and serve. Whole Bag: Place in 2 quart casserole dish. Add 4-5 tbsp. water, cover, and cook on high for 10-12 minutes, stirring twice during cooking. Drain, season to taste, and serve. Note: Microwave cooking times may vary depending on the brand of appliance used. Please consult the manufacturer's instructions. Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not thaw and refreeze.
