Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not thaw and refreeze. Stove Top (Recommended): Place frozen chopped kale and 1/3 cup of water into 1- or 2-quart saucepan. Cover, place on high heat, and bring to a rapid boil. Stir with a fork to separate, reduce heat, and simmer covered until kale is tender and crisp, approximately 10 to 13 minutes. Drain and season to taste. Microwave: Place frozen chopped kale and 2 tablespoons of water into a 1-quart casserole dish. Cover and microwave for 8-1/2 to 9-1/2 minutes, stirring once about halfway through cooking period. Season to taste, stir, cover, and allow to stand a few minutes before serving.
