Cooking Instructions: 7-8 Pancakes (4-inch): 1 cup mix, 1 cup milk, 1 egg, 2 tbsp oil. 14-16 Pancakes (4-inch): 2 cups mix, 2 cups milk, 2 eggs, 4 tbsp oil. Blend milk, oil, eggs, and mix together with wire whisk. Batter will be slightly lumpy (do not overmix). Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter per pancake into lightly greased griddle or pan. Cook pancakes 1-2 minutes per side, or until golden brown, turning only once. Family Farm Favorites: Use this great mix for deliciously nutritious waffles, too! For one cup of mix, add two eggs, one cup milk, and two tablespoons oil. Whisk together. Pour enough batter to cover the lower cooking surface and close waffle iron. Follow baking times according to your waffle iron instructions.
