Enriched Rice (Niacin, Iron (Ferric Orthophosphate), Thiamin Mononitrate, Folic Acid), Dehydrated Vegetables (Corn, Onion, Tomato, Bell Peppers), Salt, Contains 2% or Less of: Spices, Garlic, Corn Meal, Sugar, Torula Yeast, Maltodextrin (from Corn), Hydrolyzed Corn Protein, Monosodium Glutamate, Dehydrated Chicken, Jalapeno Pepper, Sodium Aluminosilicate (Anti-Caking Agent), Artificial Color (Including FD&C Yellow 5, FD&C Red 3), Celery Extract, Saffron.
Stove Top: 1. In a large saucepan with tight fitting lid, bring 2-1/2 cups (20 ozs.) of water to a boil. 2. Add 2 tablespoons Olive Oil or margarine (optional). Then 1 package Vigo Mexican Rice Dinner, stirring while boiling for 1 minute. 3. Cover saucepan tightly. Reduce heat to simmer, and allow to cook undisturbed for 22-25 minutes. Serve. Microwave: Combine contents of this package, 2 & 1/4 cups hot tap water and 2 tablespoons butter or margarine (optional) in a 1 & 1/2 quart microwave casserole dish. Cover and microwave on high for 22 minutes (Cooking times may vary depending on power of microwave.). Stir. Let stand, covered for 5 minutes. Serve.
