Enriched Rice (Niacin, Iron (Ferric Orthophosphate), Thiamin (Thiamin Mononitrate), Folic Acid), Dehydrated Vegetables (Onion, Garlic, Bell Pepper, Tomato), Salt, Monosodium Glutamate, Corn Cereal Solids, Hydrolyzed Corn Gluten, Partially Hydrogenated Cottonseed and Soybean Oil, Dehydrated Chicken, Sugar, Spices, Maltodextrin, Celery Extract, Artificial Color (including F.D. & C. Stove top instructions: 1. In a large saucepan with tight fitting lid bring 2 cups (16 ozs.) of water to a boil. 2. Add 2 tablespoons olive oil or margarine (optional). Then 1 pkg. Vigo yellow rice dinner, stirring while boiling for 1 minute. 3. Cover saucepan tightly. Reduce heat to simmer, cook for 20-25 minutes. Serve.
