Directions

Tasting: creamy, mild, nutty, fresh milk, wrinkled rind. Pairing: Riesling, saison, gingerbread, honeycomb, dark chocolate. Serving: slide knife under cheese to remove, enjoy at room temp. Storing: keep in wooden crate wrapped in film. Cheese is alive: blue mold is not harmful, remove with tip of knife.
