How to pop the best popcorn on Earth! Best Healthy Oils: canola, grape seed, safflower, coconut, and vegetable. Heavy pot w/lid + tbsp oil + med/high heat + 4 test kernels. When test kernel pops, remove the pot from heat. Add 2/3 cup kernels, shake to distribute evenly. Set at med/high heat. Once popping vigorously, shake the pot every minute or so. When there are 2-3 seconds between pops, pour contents into bowl, season and enjoy!
