Chia seeds soaked in water (9:1 ratio) form a gel that can be flavored and enjoyed as a snack. Add some chia seeds to a water bottle to help keep the body hydrated during exercise. To store, press air out of pouch and seal tightly. Best if used within 3-4 months after opening. Can be frozen to extend shelf life.
