Oven Baked: Chicken; Fish; Pork: 1. In a shallow bowl, combine 1 cup of Southern Home Style Corn Flake Crumbs with 2 tablespoons of melted butter or margarine and set aside. 2. Moisten chicken, pork or fish with lightly beaten egg, shake off excess. 3. Roll in Corn Flake Crumb mixture pressing to coat all sides thoroughly. 4. Place on lightly greased baking sheet or pan. For broiler chicken pieces bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. For chicken strips bake 20-40 minutes or until tested done. For pork bake 30 to 40 minutes or until tested done. For fish bake at 400 degrees F 15 to 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
