Suggested Preparation: For each 8 ounce serving, mix 3 level tablespoons of Scharffen Berger Natural Cocoa Powder with 1 tablespoon of sugar and 3 tablespoons of water until a smooth paste is formed. Add 8 ounces hot or cold milk and stir until all the chocolate paste is dispersed. When making hot cocoa, do not allow the milk to boil. Feel free to adjust proportions to your own taste.
