Israeli Couscous [Wheat Flour (Contains Gluten)], Maltodextrin, Dehydrated Garlic, Onion and Bell Pepper, Sea Salt, Spices, Hydrolyzed Corn and Soy Protein, Yeast Extract, Silicon Dioxide (Anti-Caking), Dextrose and Natural Flavor.
Cooking instructions: 1) In a 1 quart saucepan bring 1 1/4 cups of water and 1 Tbsp. of olive oil to a boil. 2) Stir in entire contents of package. 3) Cover and reduce to a simmer for 10 mins, or until most of the liquid is absorbed, stirring frequently. 4) Remove from heat and let stand covered for 5 mins. Before serving.
