Israeli Couscous [Wheat Flour (contains Gluten)], Maltodextrin, Sea Salt, Onion and Garlic Powder, Mushroom Extract, Dehydrated Porcini Mushrooms, Yeast Extract, Spices.
Cooking instructions: 1) In a 1 quart saucepan bring 1 1/4 cups of water and 1 tbsp. of olive oil to a boil. 2) Stir in entire contents of package. 3) Cover and reduce to a simmer for 10 mins, or until most of the liquid is absorbed, stirring frequently. 4) Remove from heat and let stand covered for 5 mins before serving.
