Pasta: Organic Unbleached And Semolina Flour, Water, Organic Turmeric. Filling: Organic Soy Ricotta (Soy Bean Fiber, Purified Water, Corn Starch, Rice Vinegar, Xanthan Gum, Evaporated Cane Juice, Sea Salt), Organic Spinach, Organic Potato, Organic Garlic, Water, Organic Dijon Mustard, Sea Salt, Organic Onion, Organic Lemon, Organic Black Pepper.


1. Never cook ravioli in rapidly boiling water. 2. Always bring water to a boil first. 3. Lower heat and gently add frozen ravioli. 4. Low boil for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are pillowy. 5. Do not overcook! 6. Skim from water with a strainer spoon. Do not use a colander. 7. Gently toss with olive oil or Rising Moon pasta sauce. Keep frozen.
