Cooking Tri-Color Couscous: 1 cup uncooked couscous. 1 cup water. 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional). 1 teaspoon butter (optional). 1. In a medium saucepan bring water, salt, and butter to a boil. 2. Add couscous, stirring quickly. 3. Remove from heat and cover. 4. Let stand 4-5 minutes. 5. Fluff with a fork before serving. Yields approximately 2 cups cooked couscous.
