Cooking Kasmati® Rice (Traditional Indian Method for Maximum Grain Length)1 cup uncooked rice1 3/4 cups water1. Combine rice and water in a medium saucepan.2. Allow rice to soak in water for 20 minutes.3. Bring water and rice to a boil.4. Cover with a tight fitting lid or foil; reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.5.
