Keep frozen. Preparation: Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze thawed loins. Remove loins from all packaging before thawing. Defrost frozen loins by soaking in cold water until thawed or thawing overnight in a refrigerator. Cook to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F prior to eating. Cooking: Tilapia can be broiled, fried, grilled, baked, poached, sauteed or steamed. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Thawed loins cook for approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Pan Fry: Dip thawed loins in a flour, egg and milk batter. Pan fry with a small amount of butter or oil, frying for 5 minutes per side.
