Serves 4-6. Garlic Roasted Potatoes: 1-1/2 to 2 lbs. small red potatoes, cut into wedges; 1 pouch Red Fork Seasoning Sauce. 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix potatoes and Sauce together in an oiled 13- by 9-inch backing dish. 2. Cover dish with foil and roast for 20 min. Stir well. Continue to roast, uncovered, until golden and tender, 15 to 20 min. Microwave Method: Toss potatoes and sauce in microwave safe dish. Cover with plastic wrap, microwave on high 12-15 min, stirring 2 or 3 times. Let stand, covered, for a few min. Serve.
