Organic Whole Grain Quinoa (Pasankalla Variety).
Basic cooking directions: Place 1 cup Ancient Harvestâ„¢ Inca Red Quinoa and 2 cups of water in a 1 1/2 quart saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer, cover and cook until all water is absorbed; about 15 minutes (the red of the grain will be translucent and the germ ring will be visible). Rice cooker directions: To prepare in a rice cooker, simply treat quinoa like rice. Add two parts water to one part quinoa, stir, cover, and when the cooker shuts off, the quinoa is done.
