Make your own skillet gravy: a general recipe - cook approximately 8 sausage patties on medium heat. When sausage is done, remove sausage and use drippings for making gravy. Stir in about 2-1/2 tbsp. Of flour. Cook the flour and drippings for a minute or two bringing to a boil stirring constantly. Add approximately 1-1/2 cups of milk, salt, pepper and extra cooked sausage to get your desired taste and continue stirring to avoid lumps and bring gravy to a desired consistency. The longer it cooks, the thicker the gravy. Make it often and make it better, it's gooo-od.®
