Baking: Preparation Instructions:Conventional Oven1. Preheat oven to 400degF.2. Remove frozen quiche from packaging.3. Place frozen quiche on baking sheet on middle rack in oven.4. Bake for 24 minutes.5. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Microwaving: Preparation Instructions:Microwave Oven (for softer pastry)The following cook preparation was developed using a 1100 watt microwave oven.1. Remove frozen quiche from plastic wrapping. Leave quiche in cardboard tray.2. Place tray in microwave.3. Cook at 100% power for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.4. Cook at 50% power for 1 minute.5. Let stand 1 minute before serving. . For food safety and best quality, follow these cooking instructions:• Keep frozen• Cook thoroughly• Use caution as product will be hotAdjustment to cooking times may be required due to variations in all ovens.Check that product is cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165degF as measured by a food thermometer.
