Leave quiche in cardboard tray.2. Place tray in microwave.3. Cook at 100% power for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.4. Cook at 50% power for 1 minute and 30 seconds.5. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Baking: Preparation Instruction:Conventional Oven1. Preheat oven to 400degF.2. Remove frozen quiche from packaging.3. Place frozen quiche on baking sheet on middle rack in oven.4. Bake for 24 minutes.5. Let stand 1 minutes before serving.
