Ingredients

Noodles: Enriched Wheat Flour (Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin and Folic Acid), Tapioca Starch, Water, Salt, Lactic Acid and Sodium Benzoate added to Retard Spoilage. Soup Base: Salt, Sugar, Monosodium Glutamate, Hydrolyzed Soybean Protein, Soy Sauce Powder (Soybean, Wheat and Salt), Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Natural Shrimp Powder, Leek Chips, Caramel Color, Artificial Flavor, White Pepper, Disodium Inosinate, Disodium Guanylate and Sodium Carbonate.

Directions

Cooking directions: (1 serving). Add noodles to 1 1/2 cups boiling water. Cook 2-3 minutes. Add soup base just before turning off heat. Serve immediately. Serving suggestion: Myojo Nama Udon can also be served in sukiyaki or nabemono (one pot cooking).
