All You Need:1 cup Batter3/4 Cup Ice Cold Water1 lb. Seafood or Vegetables*Vegetable OilPour oil into deep fryer, large heavy skillet or saucepan, filling no more than 1/3 full. Heat oil to 375degF on medium heat.1. Stir: Batter Mix and water in medium bowl until mixed. Batter will be lumpy.2. Dip: Seafood or vegetables into batter. Shake off excess.
