Water, half & half (milk, cream), tomato paste, yogurt (skim milk, concentrated skim milk, cream, milk solids, active bacterial cultures), expeller pressed canola oil, ginger, butter (cream, natural flavorings), garlic, salt, spices, sugar, cilantro, toasted cumin, lemon juice concentrate, Serrano chilies, paprika, fenugreek, leaves, xanthan gum.


Saute cubed boneless chicken (1.5 lbs) or chopped vegetables in a little oil until lightly cooked. Simmer with contents of this container until cooked through (10-20 minutes). Serve with steamed rice, flatbread or pasta. Feeds 4. Refrigerate after opening and use within 10 days.
