Basic Prep: Rinse 1 cup Sprouted Brown Rice with cold water in colander. Add rice to 2 cups cold water. Bring to boil, reduce heat to simmer. Cover and simmer for 40 minutes. Do not lift lid during cooking process. Fluff with fork before serving. Makes 3 cups cooked. Store in a cool, dry place.
