Unenriched White Corn.
Preparation: 2-1/2 cups water; 1 cup grits; 1 tsp salt; 2 tbs butter; 1-1/2 cups heavy cream; 6 servings. Mix all ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
