3 Easy Steps. 1. Rinse fish well in cold water. Shake off excess water. 2. Roll fish in seasoned fish fry until coated. 3. Deep fry fish at 350 degrees F until golden brown. Enjoy! Coats approximately 3 - 4 pounds of fish. Variations: Oysters, shrimp, meat and vegetables can be cooked as shown above. When frying oysters, cut with all natural Louisiana fish fry, as oysters are salty.
